Coventina Coffee — Lake Arrowhead

As a mobile coffee shop that is always on the go, Coventina Coffee has quickly become one of those spots people are always searching for.

Known for high-quality coffee, friendly service and attention to detail, Coventina Coffee keep mountain residents searching them out time after time. Typically available at local farmers markets, Coventina Coffee can also be booked for private events such as weddings, corporate gatherings or birthdays.

Lake Arrowhead Governance Shift After Major Vote

A significant change is happening in Lake Arrowhead that could impact homeowners across the community.

Recent results show that all 24 Arrowhead Woods tracts failed to renew their CC&Rs, meaning the Arrowhead Woods Architectural Committee will no longer have the same level of authority over those properties.

This effectively shifts more control back to individual homeowners, removing certain oversight requirements, approvals, and enforcement tied to the committee.

For many residents, this represents a major change in how property decisions will be handled moving forward—and could influence everything from home improvements to long-term neighborhood governance.
