🥋 Business Spotlight

Lake Arrowhead Jiu Jitsu

If you’ve ever thought about trying jiu jitsu, this is a great chance to get started locally.

Lake Arrowhead Jiu Jitsu is launching a beginner course starting April 7, designed for people who are completely new to the sport. It’s a welcoming environment focused on learning the fundamentals, improving fitness, and building confidence.

Even better — everyone’s first class is free, so you can try it out with no pressure.

Classes are open to adults looking to learn self-defense, get in shape, or simply try something new in the mountain community.

If you’ve been looking for a new activity this spring, this could be a great one to check out.

📰 Mountain News

Spring Tourism Picking Up on the Mountain

Local businesses across Lake Arrowhead, Crestline, and Running Springs are starting to see more visitors heading up the hill as warmer weather returns. With snow still visible in higher elevations and mild daytime temperatures, many visitors are making early spring trips for hiking, lake views, and weekend getaways.

Restaurant owners and shopkeepers say weekends have started to feel busier compared to the slower winter weeks, which is welcome news for many small businesses heading into the spring season.

💼 Mountain Jobs

Here are a few current opportunities around the mountain:

Rim of the World Unified School District
Hiring substitute teachers, aides, and support staff.

Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa

Local Restaurants & Cafés
Several businesses around Crestline and Lake Arrowhead are hiring servers, cooks, and baristas heading into spring.
