This Week on The Mountain May 14 - 17
Hey neighbor! Here’s a rundown for this weeks issue
After a busy Mother’s Day weekend, the mountain rolls right into another solid stretch of warm weather, live music, markets, and community events.
This time of year really starts to show why people love living up here — cool mornings, sunny afternoons, and something happening every weekend without needing to leave the mountain.
And if you’re constantly asking “what’s going on this weekend?” — don’t forget the free Mountain Events Calendar exists specifically for that.

🍕 Business Spotlight
LouEddie’s Pizza — Skyforest
There are certain mountain spots that almost everyone eventually gets told to try — and LouEddie’s is definitely one of them.
Tucked into the trees in Skyforest, the restaurant has built a reputation for being one of the more unique dining experiences on the mountain. Between the outdoor patio, string lights, live music nights, and wood-fired pizzas, it feels less like grabbing dinner and more like spending an evening somewhere memorable.
Known for:
• Wood-fired pizza
• Mountain cabin atmosphere
• Outdoor seating under the pines
• Live music and community events
• Great date-night or family dinner spot
It’s especially good this time of year when evenings start warming up and people want to spend more time outside.
If you’ve got friends or family visiting soon, this is one of the easier places to confidently recommend.
📰 Mountain News
Lake Arrowhead Summer Concert Series Returns for 2026
One of the mountain’s biggest summer traditions is coming back — the Lake Arrowhead Village Summer Concert Series has announced its 2026 lineup and concert schedule.
The lakefront concert series has become one of the most popular warm-weather events on the mountain, bringing live tribute bands, classic rock, country, and themed performances to the Village throughout the summer season. Concerts are held directly along the waterfront stage at Lake Arrowhead Village.
This year’s lineup includes:
• Bob Seger tribute bands
• Def Leppard tributes
• 80’s cover bands
• Neil Diamond tributes
• Reggae nights and more
Concert check-in typically begins at 5:30 PM, with bands taking the stage around 7:00 PM. Many nights are expected to draw large crowds, especially around holiday weekends and peak summer dates.
For locals, it’s another sign that the mountain summer season is starting to ramp up.
